These terms of use describe your rights and responsibilities as a user of National Bonsai Registry (NBR). By creating a NBR Account and/or accessing this Registry, you agree to be bound by these terms of use together with the Privacy Statement, which form a binding agreement between you and the Crown in right of the State of New South Wales.

The owner of NBR may change, add or remove any functionality of the NBR, or make changes to these terms of use at any time. If you are notified of new terms of use, you must accept the new terms before you will be able to access your NBR Account. These terms of use supersede and replace any terms of use you may have previously accepted governing your use of the NBR Account.

Consent and Authorisation

By clicking ‘I Accept’ you expressly Consent to, Authorise and Agree that NBR may:

1. Use the information supplied by you as part of the NBR.
2. Publish the information on the NBR and thereby to facilitate other users of the Registry to access the same and notwithstanding any provisions in the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PIPP Act) to the contrary.
3. To allow other authorised users to access that information as set out in the NBR.
4. To rely upon this agreement in connection with any complaint made by you, or on your behalf, against NBR alleging a breach of the requirements of the PPIP Act.
